Nikita is an expert in metals and mining. He specializes in implementing transformational changes, improving organizational and operational efficiency, digital transformations, and the design and delivery of business development strategies.

He has more than 16 years of consulting experience. Before joining Yakov and Partners, he worked for Strategy Partners, OMK, and McKinsey & Company, where he was an Associate Partner. He has also held top positions in the leading Russian metals company OMK.

Nikita is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the Higher School of Economics.
