Ilya is a key expert in the sphere of minerals extraction. He specializes in operational excellence, strategy planning, and business development.

He has over 13 years of consulting experience. Before joining Yakov and Partners, he worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Accenture, and Boston Consulting Group (BCG).

In BCG, he began as a junior consultant and worked his way up to Partner. For the last six years, he has worked with leading CIS mining companies, implementing projects to boost efficiency, reduce unit costs, refashion operating models and organizational structures as well as digitization, transformation and operational readiness projects. He has considerable experience in the fields of transport and logistics.

Ilya is a graduate of the Applied Mathematics Faculty at the Moscow Aviation Institute.
