Oleg is a key expert in the raw materials sector – oil, gas, energy, and metals. He specializes in strategy planning and business development, enhancing operational efficiency, and reducing operating and capital costs as well as crisis management and organization of mergers and acquisitions.

He was employed by McKinsey & Company for nine years. Before moving into consulting, he worked for Schlumberger, supporting deviated drilling operations in the Middle East.

Oleg graduated from Ufa State Petroleum Technological University as a specialist in oil & gas.
