Marina is a director at Yakov and Partners and a leading expert at its High Tech & Generative AI Practice.

Key areas of expertise include development of AI strategies, digital transformations, implementation and application of generative AI, design and launch of AI-based products for В2С/B2B segments, and the power industry of the future, including e-mobility, renewable energy, smart cities, and smart energy efficiency.

Prior to joining Yakov and Partners, Marina worked at McKinsey & Company, CERN (the European Organization for Nuclear Research, Switzerland), and First Solar (Dubai office), as well as contributed to Europe-based projects run by École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) as a researcher.

Marina holds an honors degree in Mechanical Power Engineering from Bauman Moscow State Technical University, a master’s degree in Energy Management & Sustainability and a PhD in Energy from EPFL.
