Yakov and Partners has launched the second cohort of its exclusive program, Introduction to Management Consulting, at HSE University. This year, 20 exceptional students from various campuses and programs across the university were selected for this course. The application process was a three-stage competition, similar to the company's recruitment procedure for interns.

"Partnership with a leader in strategic consulting like Yakov and Partners is very important for HSE University. For the second consecutive year, Yakov and Partners runs this management consulting course at our university. This collaboration provides students with a unique opportunity to dive into real-life business cases and gain firsthand knowledge about how businesses operate, both from practicing consultants. After completing the course, students will be able to apply for internship at the company"

Vadim Radaev, First Vice Rector of HSE University

The program will both equip students with basic consulting skills and expose them to industry-specific aspects of various projects. The course speakers are Yakov and Partners consultants with deep practical experience. The first lecture was held on September 12 and focused on the key skills consultants need to tackle business challenges.

"I am excited that for two years in a row Yakov and Partners organizes its course at my alma mater, HSE. This year, the program brings together students who are motivated to pursue a career in consulting. We will be glad to share our expertise and tools to help them solve the most important and complex tasks which would define our common future"

Alexey Korobkin, Engagement Manager at Yakov and Partners and head of the joint department at HSE University
