Oleg is a leading expert in IT, energy and banking.

Prior to joining Yakov and Partners, he used to work for Cherkizovo Group, Sodrugestvo Group S.A., as well as the Moscow and Dubai offices of Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Over this period, he led projects for Russian retailers and agricultural companies, implemented a number of strategic initiatives in the Middle East and North Africa, and was part of the COVID-19 pandemic response strategy development in Russia.

Oleg holds a master’s degree in economic theory and econometrics from the Toulouse School of Economics (TSE).
