Nikita specializes in the strategic development of banks and financial institutions.

He has over 15 years of experience in international consulting. He leads projects for the largest banks in Russia, the CIS, and the Middle East, including the development of industry and segment strategies for retail, SME, and corporate and investment banking, business and customer journey digital transformation, the implementation of AI-based solutions, and the improvement of operating model efficiency.

Before joining Yakov and Partners, he held leadership positions in the Moscow and Dubai offices of Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and the Moscow office of PwC.

He graduated from the Faculty of Economics at HSE University with a degree in Finance and Credit.
