Ilya is an Expert Partner at the Finance practice. His key areas of specialization are business development strategy, digital transformation, mergers and acquisitions, new business launches, and ecosystem.

He has been working in strategic consulting since 2010. Until 2022, he was a Partner in the Banking practice of Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Before moving into consulting, he worked in business in the field of digital production.

Ilya holds an MBA from Wharton Business School, a master’s degree in corporate finance from the Higher School of Economics, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Novosibirsk State University.
