Evgeny is an expert in advising banks and financial institutions, with deep experience in strategy and large-scale transformation programs.

His core areas of expertise include corporate and industry strategy, digital and operational transformation, capital expenditure optimization, and the management of large CAPEX programs for industrial assets.

Evgeny brings over 10 years of experience in international consulting, having led and delivered projects across the CIS, the Middle East, North America, and Europe. Prior to joining Yakov and Partners, he worked at Bain & Company and Partners in Performance, advising leading organizations on performance improvement and strategic development.

He holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and earned master’s degrees from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT) and the New Economic School (NES).
