Dmitri is Head of Finance Practice and our key expert in working with banks and financial institutions.

His main areas of focus are strategy development and digital transformation, implementation of advanced analytics- and AI-based personalization platforms, and comprehensive technology and agile programs, operating model improvements, and post-merger integration. Dmitry has implemented 100+ projects for banks. He has extensive experience in leading large-scale transformation programs with tangible financial impact.

Dmitri has more than 20 years of consulting experience. Before joining Yakov and Partners, he held different positions at BCG (in Russia, CIS countries, and the Middle East), as well as at A.T. Kearney и McKinsey. Prior to becoming a consultant, Dmitry was a leading banking analyst at Fitch Ratings, and in the early days of his career, he worked at the Russian branch of UniCredit Bank.

Dmitri has a degree in international economics from the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics. Also, he is a certified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
