Her main areas of specialization include corporate and national strategies, digital transformation, the transformation of operational and organizational models, the development of retail banking, and socio-economic reforms. With over 10 years of experience managing strategic projects in Russia, the Middle East, and the CIS, Anna has a proven track record.

Prior to joining Yakov and Partners, Annaworked at BCG in Moscow and Dubai, as well as at Deloitte in Russia and Kazakhstan, where she led a practice focused on organizational transformation management. Additionally, Anna has spearheaded initiatives to foster startups and develop the innovation ecosystem in the UAE and played a key role in launching an international business school under the auspices of a sovereign investment fund.
