Andrey is a logistics and planning expert in the FMCG, online and offline retail, and marketplace segments. He focuses on improving clients’ operations and service levels, transforming logistics and warehousing processes, implementing changes and new technologies, and developing supply chain management strategies.

Andrei has over 25 years of relevant industry experience. Prior to joining Yakov and Partners, he worked at Coca-Cola HBC, Ozon, X5 Group, and M.Video-Eldorado, where he was in charge of the logistics and planning departments.

Andrei graduated from Volga State University of Water Transport and completed the Master of Science in Supply Chain Engineering (MSSCE) program at Georgia Institute of Technology.
