Company experts along with the new strategic partners have already developed several initiatives and are now summing up the interim results of their joint work launched in 2023.
Yakov & Partners has been carrying out CSR work for the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts in several topical areas.
A team of consultants has drawn up a series of initiatives to optimize the exhibition process, e.g. the museum has established a five-year planning horizon with an exhibition management project office. In support of the museum's regional activities, a development concept has been drawn up and presented for upgrading the Tomsk branch with a total area of 4,000 square meters. In addition, with support from Yakov & Partners, the museum has begun forming a new board of trustees. We have also mapped out a number of initiatives to boost the museum's revenue. Once implemented, they will bring in up to half a billion roubles of additional income each year. Those funds will be spent on preserving the museum's reserve collections, restoration work, and scientific research.
In the course of 2023, Yakov & Partners has conducted an analysis of commercial activities and processes for the Chekhov Moscow Art Theater, which formed the basis for a number of initiatives aimed at boosting the cultural institution's efficiency and compiling a qualitative portrait of today's theatergoers and their needs. This, in turn, has been used to define the theater's current development goals and mission.
As part of the CSR project, a team of consultants and analysts has helped the Irina Viner-Usmanova Gymnastics Palace to draw up a strategy for enhancing commercial performance, optimize its governance structure and carry out a number of management reshuffles.
Consulting support has enabled the palace to put together a strong team and speed up progress towards implementing its key priorities. Representatives of Yakov & Partners have already joined the palace's supervisory board, but this is just the start of our long-term collaboration. Together we plan to develop rhythmic gymnastics as a unique discipline at the interface between sport and art.
We as a company reinvest our time and resources in socially significant projects. Strategic collaboration with the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts, the Chekhov Moscow Art Theater, and the Irina Viner-Usmanova Gymnastics Palace is both an honor and an opportunity to contribute to the long-term development of the social and cultural spheres in this country.
