Yury enjoys a successful 30+ year track record as head of strategy and development units at major businesses. He served as VP for Strategy at Yukos, was part of the Management Board and Head of the Strategy Planning Center at SUEK, Head of Strategy and Development at Gazprom Neft and other major companies. He also has a wealth of experience in consulting, having joined Roland Berger at the times the industry emerged in this country. In recent years served as an advisor to the Managing Partner of that company in Russia and the CIS.
