Monish is an Expert Director with extensive experience in healthcare projects. His core competencies are strategy development, implementation of transformation programs, operational management, restructuring, and development of healthcare systems.

Prior to joining Yakov and Partners, he worked at the Moscow and Dubai offices of PwC, was involved in BCG projects as an expert, and served as an advisor to the Minister of Health and the Mandatory Health Insurance Fund in Azerbaijan.

Monish holds a PhD in neurosurgery from the Burdenko National Medical Research Center of Neurosurgery. He graduated from the Open University (UK) with a master's degree in health management and completed the Health Policy and Management program at Harvard University.
