Fedor is a chief technology officer at Yakov and Partners Digital and one of the leading experts in the high-tech sector. He has a wealth of experience in managing development and support teams delivering infrastructure software, cloud platforms, and AI- and ML-based products. His key focus areas include advanced technologies, AI, technological sovereignty, as well as development and implementation of digitalization strategies for the benefit of large international and Russian companies.

Fedor graduated from Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University (SPbPU) with a degree in software engineering.
