Key responsibilities:
A range of administrative tasks in support of Yakov and Partners’ learning programs to be performed under supervisory guidance. Specific responsibilities may include (but are not limited to) scheduling and planning, data management, and project support activities.
Day-to-day planning and organization
- Provide administrative, organizational, and logistical support to events or activities related to learner development and connectivity.
- With supervisory guidance, support the planning, organization, and execution of training programs, including assisting with logistics and providing support for online and offline events as needed (e.g., participant and faculty preparation, communications, program materials).
Data and infrastructure management
- Operate IT systems, including data collection and administration.
- Create reports and run standardized data analyses.
- Maintain relevant practice infrastructure and materials (e.g., distribution lists, newsletters, program support materials).
Special projects and team contributions
- Support special projects on operational tasks (as needed).
- Contribute to the improvement of processes and implementation of best practices and tools.
Your qualifications:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and administrative skills, including ability to collect and summarize data.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- High level of energy.
- Flexibility and resilience, openness to feedback.
- English proficiency (intermediate and up).
- Good level of Excel and Power Point.
