Denis is an expert in retail and consumer goods with extensive experience of working with major companies in Russia, the CIS, Western Europe, and Asia. His key areas of specialization are strategy and new business development, commercial and operational excellence, supply chain development, transformation of operating models, post-M&A integration and spin-offs.

Denis has been in strategic consulting for over 10 years, starting as a business analyst and working his way up to Partner. Before joining Yakov and Partners, he worked for Bain & Company, SAP, Strategy Partners, and DuPont.

He graduated from the Bauman Moscow State Technical University.
